After seeing how to prevent the risks to the skin, here's how to take care of it in the long run.
Understanding the skin
White, mixed, matte, black ... all skins (six skin phototypes in all) have the same structure and the same evolution. They are all composed of three layers: the epidermis, the dermis, and the hypodermis. The skin is composed of 70% water, it renews less well with time, eventually, dry out and creates wrinkles. Beyond the physiological activity common to all, the skin also undergoes the effects of its environment and lifestyle: tobacco, alcohol, sun, sea ... and that is why it is necessary to take care of it. Otherwise, dark circles, fatigue or black spots accelerate the aging of the skin, which starts at age 20.
Oily skin: how to get rid of acne and blackheads
Oily skin is the result of overactivity of the sebaceous glands. Their role is to produce sebum, a fat that transpires through the pores to protect the skin from external aggressions and hydrate it by reducing the evaporation of water. The disadvantage of oily skin is that it is often accompanied by pimples, blackheads and a shiny appearance that can hinder. These discomforts are mainly at the level of the T-zone of the face, ie the forehead, the nose, and the chin. In adolescence when the production of sebum reaches its climax, acne can appear. An overflow of fat that clogs the pores and causes an infection. In 80% of cases, it ends in adulthood, except in cases of severe acne. To take care of oily skin, the simplest and most effective is to use a cleansing gel to get rid of impurities related to sweat, sebum or pollution. You will kill two birds with one stone, since cleaning the face also eliminates toxins and dead cells.
In addition to the descaling gel, the scrub - once or twice a week - is an effective solution for deep pore cleansing. Opt for a product composed of tiny or medium-sized beads, this avoids the appearance of irritation. Last ally of choice, the clay mask or suction black mask. Not exclusive to the fairer sex, this miracle product allows an optimal skin care. Twice a week, expand the pores of your skin by placing a warm towel over your face or simply taking a lukewarm shower. Then coat your face with clay and let the mineral act for about ten minutes so that it absorbs the excess of sebum correctly. Rinse and moisturize your face immediately to avoid possible skin dryness. Good to know, it is best not to use the clay mask after shaving. The reason is simple, your skin has just undergone razor burn, give it time to recover before attacking it again.
Dry skin: moisturize it!
Peeling skin, scratching the skin, peeling ... despite the hydro-lipid film (water + fat) that protects and lubricates the skin naturally, it dries over time. Some people may also have a problem with lipid regulation. Their skin is then less well hydrated and dry. In both cases, to avoid scratching to the blood and relieve any itching, it is strongly recommended to rehydrate the skin with a cream. The ultimate comfort treatment from Mennen can be a solution. And if you have dry skin, a time-saving tip: apply the cream after shaving! In this way, in just one minute you will hydrate and soothe your skin from the fire of the FLYCO rechargeable razor blades.
If this is not enough and you really have very dry skin, do not hesitate to hydrate yourself during the day, but not with water! Water dries the skin instead of moisturizing it. Based on this observation, take only one shower per day. Or two if it's really necessary. The water must be warm to the maximum and hot baths are, unfortunately, proscribed. When washing, use "soap-free" and/or surgery facial pore cleanser, perfect for this type of skin. When going out, dry yourself by tapping - not rubbing - the body with your towel. Finally, every day and during a sports practice, remember to hydrate. This prevents the skin from drying out further.
