Want to remove your blackheads and prevent new blackheads? Read the following.
We show you in a few simple steps what you can do to get rid of blackheads and impure skin permanently.
What are blackheads?
Blackheads (comedones) are skin impurities caused by excessive sebum production. They occur when the dead skin cells close the pores and the excess sebum can no longer be removed. The area of the face called T (forehead, nose, chin) is particularly sensitive to the formation of large comedones.
The problem of mild blackhead acne usually starts with hormonal changes during puberty. Some hormones cause an increase in the production of fat and sebum. The first sign is the dreaded greasy shine on the skin. Most sebaceous glands are located on the face in the zone of the T zone. And this is where most skin problems begin.
Blackheads on the forehead often occur even when you wear a cap because the skin perspires particularly easily. Sweat in combination with a high production of sebum promotes the development of an impure skin.
How do blackheads develop?
A blocked sebaceous gland is the main cause of blackheads. This is always the case when the sebaceous glands produce too much fat and it can not flow properly. Clogged pores lead to black spots on the chin, impurities on the nose or pimples in the T-zone of the face.
What is the difference between pimples and blackheads?
What happens if you do not express blackheads? You have probably asked yourself the same question.
Blackheads can, but do not need to be the precursor of a button. First, comedones are nothing more than an obstructed pore. They become a problem only when an inflammatory reaction is triggered. If the blocked sebaceous gland ignites, a pimple develops. A button could also be called a burning black dot. Remove a comedone - with the right means, so also prevents the formation of buttons. Good anti-blackhead products such as the face pore cleanser help reduce sebum production. This effectively prevents the development of impurities in the skin.
Black dots on the nose - the problem area:
Unfortunately, impurities in the skin especially like to settle where most of the sebaceous glands are - in the so-called T-zone. And many stubborn blackheads on the nose are not only more noticeable to the touch but are also particularly difficult to clean on the nostrils. The sebaceous glands on the nose or pores can be cleaned by squeezing the blackheads.
Important: If you want to clean the pores of the nose, good preparation is very important. Because if you express your comedones incorrectly, you can hurt the skin tissue. In the best case, you walk for days with a red nose that is as visible as black or white dots. In the worst case, bacteria can penetrate the skin or pores. This can not only lead to a single pimple on the nose but can also lead to even worse purulent tissue reactions. Buttons and pimple scars may remain. For this reason, it is generally advisable not to touch blackheads.
As many things can be done wrong when removing blackheads (as for pimples) and especially at the nose, we recommend the following tips.
